Make informed choices
Know who you are sharing your commute with
Verification, boarding checks and trip tools help colleagues coordinate a shared journey. They support safer decisions; they cannot guarantee the outcome of a trip.
Read community guidelinesBefore you book
Take time to review the people and journey details.
- Check the host profile, verification status, vehicle and available ride details. Workplace eligibility and host document verification are different checks.
- Ride hosts submit required identity and vehicle documents for review. Documents must remain valid for the date of travel.
- Choose your company or circle filters where available. Review pickup locations and use a meeting point you are comfortable with.
At pickup and during the ride
Use the tools available on your active booking.
- Check that the host and vehicle match your booking before boarding. Share your boarding OTP only once you meet and board.
- Coordinate pickup through trip chat. Live location updates depend on device permissions, connectivity and the active trip status.
- Configure emergency contacts in your profile. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; an in-app alert is not a substitute.
Respect your fellow commuters
A professional, considerate journey starts with clear expectations.
- Be punctual, agree on pickup details and respect personal space and comfort preferences.
- Use reporting and support options when something is wrong. Keep relevant booking information available for the support team.
- Review the privacy policy to understand how account information, documents and trip location data are handled.
